We added shitaki mushrooms & hot peppers (from our garden) to this recipe. I'm glad we added the hot peppers because it wasn't as spicy as I expected. It also came out a bit soupy so I would add a thickening agent to help. We ate it with some pita bread to help soak up the the liquid. I would also cut down on the amount of fresh cilantro, too. It was a bit overwelming & didn't blend as well with the other flavors. However, overall a very delicious recipe.
